CranioSacral Therapy can help a lot of conditions, but most of the people I see complain of some variety of pain, including:

2. Who created CST?
CranioSacral Therapy has been a technique used in Osteopathy for over a hundred years and there is evidence that it came out of traditional bone-setting techniques practiced in Europe and by the Native Americans in the US. The school of CranioSacral Therapy that I practice was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
